Thank you for choosing Jai's Kitchenette! We're passionate about bringing you freshly made, delightful treats. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review and adhere to our ordering policies below.

1. How to Order

• Orders can be placed via our social media pages or website.
• Place orders at least 7-8 days in advance for cookie cakes or large orders.
• We may accept same-day orders (subject to availability and workload).
• Secure your order with partial or full upfront payment (details will be provided upon ordering).

2. Payment Policy

• Full upfront or partial payment is required to confirm all orders.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Credit, Cash, or Picash.
• Please send your payment confirmation (screenshot or receipt) for order confirmation.

3. Customization Policy

• We welcome custom orders!
• We may politely decline overly intricate designs if we believe we can't deliver them to our quality standards.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Pickup (Preferred Option):

• Baking and delivery/pickup hours: Mondays - Fridays, 10:30 AM - 9:30 PM.
• We may close earlier every other week due to supply ctr, so we'll notify you of any changes.
• After you receive your order, immediately check if the items are correct. For complaints or reports, send us an immediate message with pictures or videos as proof of any issues so we can resolve them swiftly. We cannot accept complaints if we receive them the next day or days after (we assume that the products were well received upon receipt).

Delivery:

• For greater freshness, we recommend immediate consumption or proper storage upon receipt.
• We recommend our personal delivery if you live nearby (within Imus Cavite & Bacoor area).
• Delivery fees vary based on location and distance.
• Should you prefer 3rd party courier (Grab, Lalamove, J&T, etc.), we're not responsible for delays, damage, or mishandling once the package leaves our care. (Please note that this option is not ideal due to potential risks during transit). We highly advise against this as our pastries can be damaged during transport.
• If a product is visibly damaged upon arrival, kindly refuse to accept the package and report it immediately to us and the courier. Once you sign and confirm receipt, we assume the product was received in good condition and cannot offer compensation or replacements for damage after acceptance.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• No cancellations or changes once payment is confirmed.
• Refunds are only allowed in the event of an error on our part (e.g., wrong flavor, missing items, improperly baked items that don't meet our quality standards).
• Once payment has been made, no refund requests for dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences.

6. Product Handling & Storage

• All items are made fresh to order and contain no preservatives (or minimal, if necessary).
• Store perishable items in an airtight container at room temperature.
• Products with fillings (cookies, brownies, etc.) should be consumed within 3 daysfor freshness. Unfilled treats can last longer (7 days +) when stored properly.
• Consume refrigerated items within the recommended timeframe to enjoy optimal quality.
• We are not liable for spoilage if products are not stored or consumed within the recommended time frame.

7. Allergen Information

• Our products may include or be made in a kitchen that contains eggs, dairy, gluten, and nuts.
• If you have specific dietary needs or food allergies, please inform us in advance so that we can assist you (e.g., alternative ingredients or safer options).
